MELITTA COMING FOR COFFEE

Oma is coming over for coffee this afternoon with my sister Rosi, who is on a visit from Edmonton. Yes, Oma's name is Melitta like the coffee and that is the only coffee that she drinks!! I have made a Lime Meringue pie. I try to get the meringue like the Mile High pies that they have at Crouching Lion on Oahu, but there must be a secret to it. When Jeffrey was a little boy we would go to Oahu in August for his birthdays and we would always go and have pie there. I used to make Lemon Meringue but now i use fresh limes and we all now prefer that to lemon.
